Active Holding Co. a Fitness and Lifestyle division of Aqarat, has created its very own brand, under the name of NOW Gym. NOW Gym has launched with very ambitious plans to expand quickly across Kuwait. Active Holding Co. will also be launching internationally franchised boutique studios and a Premium Beach Club facilities into the Fitness and Wellness industry of Kuwait.

NOW Gym represents the ideal fitness experience. We planned and executed our vision with you in mind, to bring you the most comprehensive health and well-being programs in Kuwait. As a fitness enthusiast myself I have been a customer and part of the industry for sometime and this allowed me to identify the missing pieces in Kuwait’s health and wellbeing market.
NOW Gym is born from a desire to focus not only on physical fitness, but also on mental fitness and nutrition to create healthier habits and a strong mindset. As the saying goes “Sound mind, sound body”, and at NOW Gym we want to reimagine the idea of being ‘fit’ to include all aspects of one’s daily routine to create a balanced and healthy lifestyle that serves you well after you have left the gym.

Our space is designed to make you feel right at home, taking into consideration your physical fitness needs and mental well-being. Our luxurious changing rooms are made with high-end materials and offer a space for you to refresh and unwind after your workout. Our design and layout allow you to navigate with ease and provide a space for post work-out relaxation so you are fresh and ready for the day. Our space will leave a positive lasting impact on guests.
We also offer cashless members’ experience throughout the club, making it easy for you to get what you need quickly while your belongings are safely in your locker. Our STYKU 3D body scanner extracts measurements, shape, body composition and other insights that make it easy to track your progress. Members can also take advantage of our App which brings all our gym offering.
Our user-friendly App allows you to browse, book and make changes quickly and with ease. It’s packed with all the information you need and is intuitive and easily navigable making everything the gym has to offer at your fingers.
